Our Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and we use a variety of shipping methods depending on the size and speed of delivery you have requested- UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Postal Express and Standard Special Delivery Services. You will be sent details of your tracking number after your products are sent out.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery. In most cases we will deliver earlier but there may be times when demand is at a peak and this may result in us extending our delivery times to 10 business days. If for any reason we believe that you will have to wait longer than 10 days, we will inform you accordingly. If the product you order is out of stock, we will contact you and you will either have the alternative to amend your order or receive a full refund from us immediately.

Please note that some of our products such as 'Custom Lace Wig' may require a longer delivery time of up to 21 business days. If you are not willing to wait for that length of time, please purchase lace wigs that are already in stock. All the lace wig in our site are in stock.

Our products are shipped from various warehouses in the UK, USA and Asia and depending on what you have ordered you may get more than one deliveries. We deal directly with different manufacturers and licensed distributors. Your shipping cost will automatically be added to the overall cost of your purchase.
